1️⃣ Milestone - First design consistency across applications
The shipped component library from an external agency wasn't specific enough and didn't meet accessibility standards, which made it hard to reuse it in different apps.
To fix this, I led the task force to update it efficiently. We followed WCAG 2.1 guidelines, made sure colors were easy to read, and worked closely with developers to put everything in place.
The result was a new B2C Design System that includes clearly specified components, clear documentation everyone in the company can use, and better teamwork with developers.

ePlix is a platform that works on computers, tablets, and phones for a wide range of end users - from students to retired individuals.
It helps them easily check and update their important work information - like paychecks, retirement savings, insurance.

2️⃣ Milestone - Establishing enterprise design foundations
We needed more designers because we didn't have enough people to support our projects and build our design foundation. I helped hire new team members to solve this problem.
Together, we started working on team goals, vision and OKRs. While we made good progress, we couldn't complete everything we planned as the market required the company to change its priorities.

This platform contains work rules for different industries and makes them easy to find and consult. Tests with users showed that people can quickly locate the rules they need thanks to simple navigation and good organization of information.
Lohnsimulation
This app helps calculate and manage employee salaries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Users can easily check minimum wage requirements and update pay rates on their phones, seeing all salary changes instantly.
3️⃣ Milestone - Expanding design language
It was necessary to design a tailored component library and guideline for B2B applications to better support specific user needs. Design principles were identified through a user-centered approach by interviewing stakeholders and SMEs.
The B2B Design System focuses on data visualization, process efficiency, solid navigation concepts, and keyboard-friendly interaction to improve work efficiency and reduce cognitive load.
