1️⃣ Milestone - From emergent to structured
When I joined as Lead Product Designer, PEAX already had a working design system and shipped UI — but the practice around it was inconsistent, and user feedback was gathered only occasionally.
I set out to make the practice systematic on three concrete initiatives, detailed below.
Address verification via Swiss Post API
Designed and shipped a real-time address verification flow integrated with the Swiss Post API, replacing manual, error-prone entry.
AI chat (Delphi)
Designed and delivered the product's conversational AI interface end to end.
Third-party system onboarding
Designed the onboarding flow for integrating third-party systems, including bexio.
Every new feature was driven by real user needs rather than top-down technical requirements — which is reflected in how consistently they've been adopted and appreciated.
2️⃣ Milestone - Doing more with less
The design team went from four designers to one — me — covering the full workload. That's only possible because the process, not headcount, became the multiplier: a repeatable design practice instead of ad hoc work.
